Portfolio:
Project: Buy2Let Apartment Location: Clarence Dock - Leeds Duration: 2 weeks
Brief: To create a functional open plan living space with aim to maximise the rental potential for the investor.
Living/Dining Room Neutral interiors using cream leather sofas, glass dining/coffee tables with minimal dining chairs. My colour/textures to bring the interior to life were used in the rugs/vases/cushions and individually designed canvas to coordinate with the colour scheme. Silvered textured blinds – a little different but interesting and visually appealing. Bright chrome accessories in the kitchen and dining area with stark white crockery to keep a professional feel.
Bedroom 1 Low wengé furniture with contrasting cushions/throws/lamps and accessories. Chocolate brown suede blind and coordinating canvasses to tie the room together, make it feel cosy and inviting.
Bedroom 2 Low oak furniture – with cushions / throws and vases with bamboo – all of shades of pale greens to give the feeling of relaxation. Fabric panels in textured green cover the full length windows which pull back to one side very neatly. Canvas designed using pale neutral shades with a splash of green to bring the whole interior to life.
